Tom Woodruff is a Washington, D.C.–based documentary and street photographer with a master’s in photojournalism from Ohio University’s School of Visual Communication. In addition to his photography work, Tom teaches photography at the college level. His current work is a meditation on his hometown and the tension between D.C.'s everyday communities and its identity as a political stage.
